01 About

I'm Hsuan, a founder and software engineer based in Taipei. I co-founded Blocto (portto) and led it as CEO from 2019 to 2025, making blockchain apps simple enough for anyone to use. Before that I led engineering at COBINHOOD and DEXON, and built web apps at 17 Media, Agoda and Yahoo. Away from the keyboard, I travel and take photos.

Led development of DEXON products and planned its ecosystem. DEXON is a blocklattice consensus designed to be infinitely scalable, low-latency and Byzantine fault tolerant.

Built a large part of the exchange interface and led the client teams for web, iOS and Android. The world's first zero-fee crypto exchange, and the first crypto app to win a Red Dot design award.
